At UOW, we genuinely want to hear from you. Your complaint may be provided to relevant areas of the University in order to resolve your matter effectively and efficiently. Every effort will be made to ensure that your privacy and confidentiality is protected.

UOW is committed to managing complaints confidentially however please note that under section 316 of the Crimes Act (NSW), the University is required to report matters to law enforcement agencies that may be a disclosure of a serious indictable offence.
